I started training with Ale a few weeks ago and already seeing results! He listened, and delivers workouts that are tailored to my goals and constantly challenge me by building on previous sessions. Excellent knowledge of anatomy: explaining how to activate specific muscle groups, correcting posture, etc… I appreciate the attention given to first doing the exercise right (for best results, and safety!), then adding intensity. All around fantastic!

The sessions are always enjoyable. I really like the fact that Alejo works at my pace and listen to what I want. I have noticed huge improvements, not only physical appareance but I am now confident on my own at the gym and I feel so much better with my technique. Quite innovative with some exercises. Would definetely recommend.

I had a very long term unfulfilled ambition to get fitter which did not work well alongside a dislike of exercise! Working with Alejo has been a game changer. Through his patient pushing and encouragement, I actually now enjoy the gym and miss it when I drop sessions. I can see very significant improvements in my health and fitness.

Alejo is a great personal trainer. He has helped me a lot with my disease (arthritis). He always adapt the exercises to my level and circumstances. I have noticed less pain in my hip and knees and more strength overall to deal with my job. Really motivational. Excellent person and professional. Recommend 100%.

I have been training with Alejo for a couple of months and always really look forward to my sessions with him. They are very varied, and so far we have gone through lots of different exercises. He is a great teacher and has taught me much better technique so I feel like I can now train more effectively in between sessions on my own. I really like that pushes you to work hard in each session and encourages you to improve on your performance from the previous week (i.e more weights / reps etc). His flexibility is also great, as it makes it easy to fit training in around my working hours. I would 100% recommend training with Alejo- the sessions are structured, hard work but fun!

I always look forward to my sessions with Alejo and found these are a great stress reliever after a busy day at work. The sessions are challenging enough to push myself, but never to hard that I can’t complete them. He is always clear with his instructions and has plenty of useful tips to improve my technique, which has come a long way in a short space of time. Now, I feel more confident and better educated on how to workout with the tools and knowledge that Alejo gives me. I would absolutely recommend the sessions!
